SHIPPING POLICY:

1. Shipping and Delivery​

  • Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days from order confirmation.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order status.

  • Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch.

2. Order Tracking

  • A tracking ID will be shared once your order is dispatched.

  • For any tracking issues, contact us at support@luxrays.com.

3. Other Information

​

  • Orders once placed cannot be modified after dispatch.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

At Luxrays, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

Initiating a Return:

​

  • You can raise a return request by emailing us at support@luxrays.com mentioning that you need a Store Credit for the returned item.

  • Our team will respond within 24 working hours.

 

Return Process & Charges:

​

  • We will arrange a pickup for the product.

  • If a pickup facility is unavailable for your pin code, you will need to ship the product to Luxrays at your own cost and responsibility within 7 days of receiving it.

  • A ₹150 return processing fee will be deducted from your Store Credit amount.

 

Return Conditions:

​

  • The item must be unused, with all tags and labels intact.

  • The return request must be raised within 24 hours  of delivery.

 

Store Credit Issuance:

​

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a Store Credit equal to the product value, minus the ₹150 return fee.

  • The credited amount will be added to your Luxrays Account and can be used during checkout on your next purchase.

  • Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.

​

Luxrays reserves the right to modify or amend it's return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
